Bought my son's first car from FYM. They (Az and Dennis) were very helpful indeed. They Sent very comprehensive pics and videos in advance of the whole car (underside, engine bay etc) and documentation included.
We traveled a long way to view the car and therefore had peace of mind from the info sent in advance. It was just as described and in excellent condition for the age, and drive beautifully. There were no pushy sales tactics. Thanks FYM!

The Jaguar XE I bought from FYM was in super condition, very competitively priced and came with an extended warranty. The grille had a few dents but Dennis replaced it with no quibbles. Really helpful when we were buying our sons first car everything was sorted quickly from going to see it to buying it there and then. The transfer of ownership was done there and then in the office and log book came back within few days.
We had a few issues with car knocking and they offered to have a look but worked out quicker us getting the work done and they offered to refund us which they did
We had a problem with the car over heating and they Arranged for it to be collected and repaired within a couple of weeks just

Well who would have thought that buying a car on line would be as easy as doing the weekly shop!! Contacted FYM chatted with Dennis who gave me a virtual view of the car an answered all my questions. I decided that I wanted to purchase Dennis sent the invoice within minutes and same with the reciept once paid. Delivery was arranged and I received a call to say that this could be done sooner as the car was ready. Faz dropped the car and I am really pleased with it. What can I say? All I can do is relate my experience. I saw an SUV advertised on AutoTrader made a call and paid a deposit, the car was exactly as it was advertised and to be honest, incredibly well priced too. Dennis picked me up after my train journey down from North East Scotland, drove me to the dealership, waited while I arranged my insurance and made sure I was happy with all the functions of the car and offered help by phone if I had any queries. All in all, a brilliant experience. Oh, and I got to meet a tv household face too!
